A full-body massage with essential oils to relax the body and ease everyday stress. You can add a steam bath before or after.
Deep Tissue (Stress Cure) Massage
A firmer full-body massage with therapeutic oils that works into tight muscles and helps circulation. A relaxing steam bath follows.
Hot Stone Massage
Warm black stones placed on pressure points, combined with aromatherapy or deep tissue techniques to melt away muscle tension.
Foot Massage (Reflexology)
A 30-minute reflexology massage on the soles of the feet — ideal after a long day or a quick lunchtime reset.
Back & Shoulder, Indian Head and Full Leg
Shorter, focused massages for the areas that carry the most tension. Pregnancy (Mother Care) massage is also available — ask us on WhatsApp.

Yes. Our couples massage takes place in a private suite and costs ₦115,000. A four-hands massage, with two therapists on one person, is ₦95,000. Prices exclude 7.5% VAT.
What is the difference between Swedish and deep tissue massage?
Swedish (aromatic) massage uses lighter, flowing strokes to relax you. Deep tissue (Stress Cure) uses firmer pressure to release tight muscles. Not sure? Tell your therapist and they will adjust the pressure.
Do you have a steam room or sauna?
We have a steam room and a jacuzzi, bookable for one hour at ₦35,000. Our Swedish (aromatic) and deep tissue (Stress Cure) massages include a steam bath. We do not have a dry sauna.
